The killer was Mukuro Ikusaba. They killed eiko, because they believed, that eiko was the mastermind.

Mukuro was almost found out at the trial, but the mastermind felt threatened and claimed, that Leon Kuwata was the culprit.

The killer was Kyoko Kirigiri. They killed Vermillia, because they wanted Vermillia gone.

Kyoko stalled the trial to collect information on the mastermind.

Maria's (the first victim) body was discovered by Junko Enoshima, Chihiro Fujisaki and Kiyotaka Ishimaru in the Staff room at 11PM.

Maria:
•Died from getting shot with an arrow;
•Was killed at 8PM;
•Had a note nearby;
•The body was completely wet.

The killer was Junko Enoshima. They killed Maria, because they thought, that Maria was going to kill them.

Junko stalled the trial to collect information on the mastermind.

Zoie's (the second victim) body was discovered by Yasuhiro Hagakure, Sakura Ogami and Mondo Owada in the Physics lab at 8AM.

Zoie:
•Died from getting strangled;
•Was killed at 11PM;
•Was tied up;
•The body was blown up after the death.

The killer was Zoie themself. They killed themselves, because they wanted Zoie gone.

Their classmates couldn't find out the truth and got executed.
