So uh, one day, Noah was experimenting to increase the size of his tiny chest/boobs when suddenly their belly started expanding out of control, they grew to the point of destroying their house with their huge belly, they then began to devour the town, soon their belly was visible from space, then they grew more rapid until the whole world was covered by Noah‘s Ginormous belly the earth essentially got absorbed into Noah doubling their belly’s size. In the end they float around in space exploring planets with their Cosmic-sized belly
